And this week I tried it and it's delicious! What a great way to make salad ahead with dressing and avoid the soggyness. I've been putting mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and tomatoes in the bottom of mine - topped with lettuce and it's still super crisp at lunch time.
Have you done anything you pinned this week? What about any great healthy food or snack ideas!
I wondered it that would really work! How long did you let the salad sit before eating it?
ReplyDeleteI made Jalepeno Poppers that I pinned. They were good but next time I'll leave the ribs in the peppers.
Oooh, looks tasty! Another one of those why-didn't-I-think-of-it moments! So simple.
ReplyDelete@artisanallunwound I made it the day before, so it didn't sit long but on her blog she said 4-5 days is fine!
ReplyDelete@Paige, I know, right?!
this is great. I adore pintrest, when ever I need inspiration I always know I can find it there! These are so fun, plus making several salads at once is such a time saver, we love salads in our house too, but on the way out the door in the morning I never feel up to whipping on up, lol.
