Happy 4th of July : Celebrate Handmade

I'm not sure what is is about the 4th of July but it's my absolute favorite holiday.  It's not even that my family has a huge annual 4th of July BBQ - we don't have any annual 4th of July traditions.  In fact I think I watch the fireworks from somewhere different just about every year.  I think it's more about the fact that everyone can celebrate and the public does it together at events like parades, fairs, and fireworks.  I had even wanted to get married on the 4th of July, but some people don't like when you interupt their holidays - I used red, white, and blue as my colors instead.  And being on a 4th of July parade route is one of my super wish list items for my future home.

So, while gearing up for the best holiday weekend of the year I searched through the amazingness of Etsy and found these amazing items that I want to share with you today:
